놀라 브라질 대통령에 중국방문을 계기로 두 나라를 비롯해 미국이 주도하는 세계 질서에 대항하는 움직임이 주목을 받았습니다.

취임 후 첫 순방지 중국을 떠나는 룰라 브라질 대통령은 우전차 전쟁이 계속된 책임을 미국에 돌리는듯한 발언을 남겼습니다.
우크라이나 전쟁뿐이아닙니다.
룰라 대통령은 방문 첫날, 화웨이 RnD 연구소를 찾아 협력 방안을 논의했습니다.
통신 장비를 만드는 화웨이는 안보에 위협이 된다는 이유로 2019년부터 미국과 서유럽 국가의 제재를 받아온 기업입니다.
하지만 룰라 대통령은 개의치 않아보였습니다.
중국과 브라질 두 국가 정상은 서로 물건을 사고팔 때 미국 돈, 달러를 쓰지 않기로 했습니다.
대신 위안, 해알.
자기 나라의 통화를 쓰기로 한 것입니다.
돈을 주고받는 결제망도 미국이 관리하는 결제망 대신에 중국이 구축한 것으로 바꾸기로 했습니다.
두 나라 무역 규모는 크지 않지만 위안화의 쓰임새를 넓히고 위상을 올리려는 중국에게는 의미 있는결정이었습니다.

국가의 생존에 필수적인 원자재를 미국 달러 없이 확보할 수 있다면 미국과 경쟁이 치열해진 시기에는 덤 이상의 의미를 가집니다.
친환경 산업 협력 계획도 눈길을 끌었습니다.
제조업 대국 중국은 석탄 발전으로 배출되는 탄소를 줄이는 데 어려움을 겪습니다.
중국 혼자 전 세계 배출량의 4분의 1을 넘는 온실가스를 내뿜을 정도입니다.
브라질은 지구의 허파로 불리는 아마존 산림 또 넓은 국토를 활용해 탄소 감축 효과를 얻고 탄소 배출권을 확보하려는 계획도 갖고 있습니다.
중국의 막대한 탄소 배출을 상쇄할 잠재력을 가진 겁니다.
중국에 경제적 고립을 압박하는 미국에대응한 두 나라의 협력은 중국을 중심으로 한 제2의 공급망 구축으로 이어지고 있습니다.

After taking office, President Lula of Brazil, who is leaving China, his first visit after inauguration, made remarks that seemed to blame the United States for the ongoing trade war. It's not just the war in Ukraine. On the first day of his visit, President Lula visited Huawei's R&D research center to discuss cooperation. Huawei, a telecommunications equipment manufacturer, has been sanctioned by the United States and Western European countries since 2019 on the grounds that it poses a threat to security. However, President Lula seemed unfazed. The leaders of China and Brazil have agreed not to use US dollars when buying and selling goods. Instead, they decided to use their own currencies, the yuan and the real. They also decided to switch to a payment network built by China instead of the one managed by the United States. Although the scale of trade between the two countries is not large, it was a meaningful decision for China, which is trying to expand the use of the yuan and raise its status. China exports solar panels and mainly imports iron ore and soybeans for feed from Brazil. It is also gradually increasing imports of minerals needed for advanced industries, including electric vehicles. These are essential for producing food and running factories. If you can secure essential raw materials for national survival without US dollars, it has more than a bonus meaning in a time when competition with the United States is fierce. The plan for cooperation in the eco-friendly industry also attracted attention. China, a manufacturing powerhouse, is struggling to reduce carbon emissions from coal-fired power generation. China alone emits more than a quarter of the world's total emissions. Brazil plans to utilize the Amazon rainforest, known as the lungs of the earth, and its vast territory to achieve carbon reduction effects and secure carbon emission rights. It has the potential to offset China's massive carbon emissions. The cooperation between the two countries in response to the United States, which is pressuring China with economic isolation, is leading to the construction of a second supply chain centered on China.
