세단과 SUV를 섞어 놓은 듯한 크기나 CUV로 불리기도 합니다.
최근 이 차를 찾는 손님들이 늘었습니다.
인기 비결은 가격.
기본형 모델의 판매가가 2050만원입니다.
유사 사양의 타사 제품 대비 500만 원 정도 저렴한 편입니다.
애가 있다 보니까 자리와 공간을 많이 보는데, 공간도 생각보다 많이 넓고요.
일단 가격도 많이 합리적인 것 같아서.
성능도 다른 차량에 뒤처지지 않는다는 소문에 출시 일주일 만에 1만 대 이상이 팔렸습니다.
최근 고금리 상황 속에 차량 할부 금리가 8% 가까이 치솟았습니다.
그렇다 보니 실속형 가격의 차량이 인기를 끌고 있는 겁니다.
얼마만큼 낮춰주느냐가 경쟁력을 좌우할 정도이기 때문에 최근에 들어와서 제작사들의 가격경쟁이 더 치열해지고 있고.
기본형이 2000만 원대인 현대차 코나와 기아 셀토스도 두 달 사이 각각 4000대와 8000대가 팔렸습니다.
수입차도 실속형 모델 경쟁에 뛰어들고 있습니다.
지난 16일, 독일 폭스바겐이 공개한 신차 ID2입니다.
한 번 충전으로 최대 450km 주행을 목표로 개발해 2년 뒤 출시되는 소형 전기차입니다.
가격은 3500만 원 이하로 책정됐습니다.
폭스바겐의 전기차들은 경쟁력이 뛰어납니다.
2025년까지는 3500만 원보다 싼 전기차를 내놓을 예정입니다.
10년 내에 유럽에서부터 내연기관차 판매가 중단되는 만큼, 보급형 가격으로 시장을 선점하겠다는 전략입니다.
전기차 선두 주자인 테슬라도 내년부터 3000만 원대 모델을, 다른 유명 자동차 회사들도 반값 전기차 출시를 서두르고 있어 가격 경쟁은 더 치열해질 것으로 보입니다.
