보건복지부가 오늘 발표한 노인장기요양보호법 일부 개정안에 따르면, 신규 개설 기관은 다음 달 22일부터, 기존 기관은 6개월의 유예 기간을 두고 올해 12월 21일까지 CCTV를 설치해야 합니다.
CCTV는 각 공동 거실, 복도, 현관, 물리 치료실 등에 1대 이상 설치해야 하며, 침실의 경우 사생활보호를 위해 침실 별로 수급자나 보호자 전원의 동의가 필요합니다.
Translation
Starting next month, it will be mandatory to install CCTV cameras in all long-term care facilities such as nursing homes to prevent elder abuse. According to the partial amendment of the Elderly Long-term Care Protection Act announced by the Ministry of Health and Welfare today, newly established institutions must install CCTV cameras from the 22nd of next month, and existing institutions must install them by December 21st of this year, after a six-month grace period. CCTV cameras must be installed in each common living room, corridor, entrance, and physical therapy room, and in the case of bedrooms, the consent of all recipients or guardians is required for each room to protect privacy.
