다행히 인명 피해는 없었지만, 주민들이 놀라서 대피하는 소동이 벌어졌습니다.

3.5톤 이삿짐센터 사다리차가 균형을 잃고 옆으로 기울어져 그대로 넘어졌습니다.
아파트 17층 높이까지 뻗어 있던 사다리는 출입구 쪽 통로를 따라 쓰러져 관리동 지붕까지 덮쳤습니다.
아침에 우장창 하고 쏟아지는 거예요.
아, 이제 끝났구나.
난리 났다.
우리 집이 이 앞이에요.
바로 직전에 딸이 지나갔다는 주민은 안도의 한숨을 내쉬었습니다.
우리 딸내미가 임산부인데 그 길을 걸어갔는데 바로 떨어진 거야.

사고 당시에는 사람이 없어 인명 피해는 발생하지 않았습니다.
하지만 사다리차가 규제 사각지대에 놓여 있어 사고 위험에 노출돼 있다는 지적이 잇따릅니다. 한국산업안전보건공단은 기상 상황이 나빠지면 작업을 금지하고 작업 반경에 외부인 출입을 제한하도록 권고하고 있지만, 법적 구속력이 없습니다.
작업을 도와주러 온 다른 사다리차 기사들도 불안한 상황이 종종 발생한다고 말합니다.
차가 노후가 되면 그럴 수도 있고, 원인은 지금 어디서 그런 건지는 모르는데.
새거는 이제 돌풍이 확 불어버린다든지 그런 경우인데. 경찰은 사다리차의 안전수칙을 제대로 지켰는지, 지지대 불법 개조는 없었는지 확인하고 있습니다.

A moving truck with a ladder extended to the 17th floor of an apartment building tipped over, causing an accident that hit the apartment management building. Fortunately, there were no casualties, but residents were startled and evacuated. Reporter Lee Joo-yeon covered the story. In the midst of moving preparations at an apartment in Samnye-eup, Wanju, a 3.5-ton moving center ladder truck lost its balance and tipped over. The ladder, which had been extended up to the 17th floor of the apartment, fell along the entrance passage and hit the roof of the management building. It was pouring down like a waterfall in the morning. Ah, it's over now. It was chaos. Our house is right in front of this. A resident who said her daughter had just passed by breathed a sigh of relief. My daughter is pregnant and she was walking down that path when it fell. It was a close call. There were no casualties at the time of the accident. However, there are continuous criticisms that the ladder truck is in a regulatory blind spot and is exposed to the risk of accidents. The Korea Occupational Safety and Health Agency recommends stopping work when the weather worsens and restricting outsiders from entering the work radius, but there is no legal binding force. Other ladder truck drivers who came to help with the work also say that there are often uneasy situations. It can happen when the truck gets old, and I don't know where the cause is right now. It's a case where a new one is blown away by a gust of wind. The police are checking whether the ladder truck followed safety rules properly and whether there were any illegal modifications to the support. This is Lee Joo-yeon from MBC News.
