이곳에 사는 20대 남성 윤 모 씨가 지난 4일 경찰에 입건됐습니다.
혐의는 미성년자 의제 강간.
지난 2월 SNS로 알게 된 10대 초반 여학생과 두 달여간 자신의 집 등에서 10회 넘게 성관계를 했다는 겁니다.
그런데 윤 씨는 현직 경찰관으로, 서울의 한경찰서 소속 순경이었습니다.

변호사와 함께 조사받겠다며 자세한 진술은하지 않았고, 합의하에 이루어진 성관계였다고 말한 것으로 전해졌습니다.
그러나 만 16세 미만 미성년자와의성관계는 합의 여부와 상관없이 처벌됩니다.
경찰은 윤 순경을 지난주 대기 발령 조치했습니다.

네. 경찰 내부 지침에 따르면, 13세 미만 성폭력 피해 사건의 경우 사안이 예민하고 중대하다는 점 등을 감안해 지방경찰청에 성폭력 특별 수사대에서 수사합니다.
최근 일선 경찰서로부터 사건을 넘겨받은 경기북부청은 조만간 윤 순경을 소환해 조사할 계획입니다.
